Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold, or be in the final year of, a Bachelor’s degree and/or Honours in one of the listed disciplines.
- Have completed studies in 2024, 2025, or by March 2026.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Have no prior work experience (graduates only).
- Not currently be enrolled in or previously participated in another graduate programme.
Required Documents
All applications must be accompanied by:
- Full academic record (from first year of study).
- Certified copy of South African Identity Document.
- Certified copy of a valid Driver’s Licence.
- Certified copies of all relevant qualifications.
Preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups, including women and people with disabilities, in line with RBM’s transformation objectives.
