Key Responsibilities
The SHE Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing the Environmental, Safety, and Health system across facilities.
- Conducting monthly reporting and performance analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Environmental, Safety, and Health legislation.
- Coordinating emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Leading fire prevention and protection activities.
- Supervising contractors according to updated Construction Regulations.
- Ensuring competent First Aiders are present throughout the plants.
- Maintaining a strong and visible presence on the shop floor.
Knowledge and Skills
Candidates must have a solid understanding of:
- Environmental, Health, and Safety systems.
- Compliance frameworks and relevant legislation.
